This Delivery Policy (presented in admin settings as shipping policy) explains how orders are delivered through Cedar Go in Lebanon. Delivery is coordinated by GXN Services using Independent Delivery Partners.
Cedar Go delivers to Lebanese addresses within active zones. Our launch focus is South Lebanon (Jnoub), operated from Zefta. Zones may expand, shrink, or pause without prior notice for operational, security, or weather reasons.
Delivery availability follows Vendor opening hours, platform status, and driver availability. No guaranteed holiday or overnight service unless shown in-app.
ETAs displayed at checkout or tracking screens are estimates based on distance, traffic, preparation time, and driver availability. They are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Fees depend on zone, distance, store, order value, and promotions. The fee shown at checkout is binding unless the order is changed or cancelled under our policies.
Drivers may require identity confirmation at the door. Delivery OTP verification may be enabled for your order. Contactless drop-off may be offered where safe and permitted — leave clear instructions in order notes.
If you are unreachable, the driver will wait at least 10 minutes and attempt at least two calls (WhatsApp optional). Further action follows the Cancellation Policy.
Parcel services accept items up to 20 kg, maximum dimensions 60×40×40 cm, and declared value up to USD 500 unless pre-approved. Prohibited contents (alcohol, tobacco, vapes, illegal goods, Rx-only medicines at launch) are not accepted.
Optional tips at checkout or after delivery go 100% to the driver and are not refundable.
Delivery may be delayed or suspended due to events beyond reasonable control including severe weather, road closures, security incidents, power outages, or government actions. Cedar Go is not liable for delays caused by such events but will communicate status where possible.
